Today, Sunday April 18, 2010, the NCHSA along with Race Promoter Mike Culler saw over 368 riders, racing the Mountain Challenge Harescramble, held in Wilkesboro, NC. |

The PRO class had fifteen riders going at it for five laps during the two hour morning Pro/A race. Lap one saw Jesse Robinson take control of the race, leading Bryan Henson by forty three seconds. Sam Chalk Jr. came through in third place, four seconds ahead of fourth place rider Greg Reynolds. Kailub Russell rounded out the top five. Completion of lap two had Jesse Robinson on the gas hard, pulling away, and increasing the lead to one minute forty one seconds over Kailub Russell. Bryan Henson fell to third place, but held a lead of four seconds over Robby Norwood running forth. Sam Chalk Jr. fell back, but still chased in fifth place by thirty three seconds. Lap three had second place rider Kailub Russell closing the gap on Jesse Robinson to one minute two seconds. Robby Norwood rocketed into third place, keeping forth place rider Bryan Henson at bay by six seconds. Sam Chalk Jr. stayed put in fifth place by one minute seventeen seconds. On lap four, second place rider Kailub Russell began reeling in Jesse Robinson, closing to thirty six seconds. Robby Norwood held onto third place, fifteen seconds over Bryan Henson. Sam Chalk Jr. managed to stay in fifth place by one minute forty four seconds. Lap five ended with second place rider Kailub Russell picking up the pace, closing in on Jesse Robinson reducing the time difference to thirty three seconds. Robby Norwood held onto third place thirty three seconds over Bryan Henson. Sam Chalk Jr. still solid in fifth place by two minutes fifteen seconds. In the end it was a good race, yet there was only one leader. Jesse Robinson controlled the whole race and took the victory, followed by Kailub Russell, Robby Norwood, Bryan Henson, and Sam Chalk Jr.. |

Mitchell Hall backed up to third place, still keeping Kevin Brown at bay in forth by three minutes. Tyler Bruton stayed put in fifth place by two minutes forty eight seconds. On lap four, second place rider Brett Compton began reeling in John Jordan, closing to forty six seconds. Mitchell Hall held onto third place, three minutes twenty seven seconds over Kevin Brown.
